The Aftermath Pt II
Katrina is not 9/11.
Nor is it an invitation to continue the "national conversation on race."
Nor is it a time to indulge the environmentalist wackos who impeded better flood control and pest management.
Nor a time to bring back failed tax policies from the 1930s.
It is a time to celebrate America's armed forces and the incredible job they do, at home and abroad.
It is a time to reevaluate the role of government in disaster cleanup.
It is a time for leadership, and to evaluate the performance of leaders, replacing them as needed.
Soon, it will be time to plan, to mourn, and to rebuild.

Thought you might find it interesting. Imagine--Katrina as Chernobyl? Is this guy ignorant about American society? Or is it *something* else?
