Christmas Eve

Needless to say, WordGirl and I are busily preparing for my monsters-in-law to drop by for Christmas dinner tomorrow.

The menu:

Roast goose with homemade stuffing and gravy
Deep-fried turkey
Spanokopita
Fireman's linguica on a bed of bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes
Cajun deviled eggs
Crab quiche
Cranberry and cream cheese boxty
Dinner rolls
Whisky bread pudding
Homemade mint chocolate chip ice cream
Homemade egg nog
Wassail
Wine and beer

Needless to say, posting will be light, as we'll be slipping into a food coma early tomorrow afternoon.
