Rite of Acceptance
Today WordGirl and I undergo the Rite of Acceptance for entrance into the Catholic Church.
Our sponsors will put us forth while we answer three questions indicating our desire to join the Church:
--What do you ask of God's Church?
--FAITH
--What does faith offer you?
--ETERNAL LIFE
--Are you ready, with the help of God, to live this life?
--I AM
After this, we will be officially accepted as candidates for membership, culminating in our joining the Church during the upcoming Easter vigil, at which we will receive the Eucharist for the first time.
Thanks to all who've offered advice and support as we embark on the next leg of our spiritual journey.

They tell you the answers ahead of time?
Seems like it would be much better way to know if you want to join the church if they DIDN'T give you answers first. Right? :)
