Hoover vs. FDR --- A Rethink

This is a good exercise for anyone who still places FDR among the list of top U.S. presidents despite little things like allowing Easter Europe to be enslaved, wrecking the economy, installing a Soviet spy as his man at the State Dept, etc.

Hoover was no Coolidge, however---now there was a great president.
