Oh, man, is this gonna get me in trouble.

I cannot stand Eleanor Freakin' Roosevelt.

That whole matronly tone in her voice, those hats, that breathless concern.

This woman inflicted the nanny state on us long before Oprah came on the scene.

She was a female politico in the White House of her husband long before Hillary started baking cookies and canning travel agents.

Sure, she gave comfort to Americans in the depths of the Great Depression. But her socialism-lite activism did a lot more harm than good.

She was a busybody and a bother, andthat doesn't make her worthy of inclusion in this list.
