What Are the Chicoms Up To?

They're making modifications to a Russian aircraft carrier.

If I had to guess, I'd say they're stripping it to learn how to build them and probably outfitting it with a different type of launching system. One aircraft carrier does them little good, unless it's a blueprint for more.
