Teflon, as it turns out, we should "lay off" the former president. He is the victim of RPS.
RPS is a plausible disease classified by trial lawyers as similar to RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). RLS is a neurological disorder, of which many doctors express the view that the incidence is exaggerated by manufacturers of drugs used to treat it. Other physicians consider it an entity with specific diagnostic criteria.
Sufferers may certainly be forgiven for their involuntary symptoms, regardless of social unacceptability. RPS, of course, is "Restless P _ _ _ S Syndrome.
People with RLS have strange sensations in their legs (and sometimes arms) and an irresistible urge to move their legs to relieve the sensations. The sensations are difficult to describe: they are not painful, but an uncomfortable, "itchy," feeling deep in the legs. The sensations are usually worse at rest, especially when lying. The sensations often cause stress.
The severity of R 'P' S symptoms are quite similar, although only males with the appendage actually suffer.
Symptoms get gradually worse over time in about two thirds of men with the condition and may be severe enough to be disabling. While the symptoms are quite mild in young adults, by age 50 they can cause severe sleep disruption, stress, and in severe cases, excommunication.
Please, let's lay off the former president. He is just a hapless victim, and bears no responsibility whatever for any of his obvious indiscretions, including perjury.
Hillary, of course, had "insiders information", on the President's sad malady. At last, we understand her unnatural forebearance and seeming tolerance of an otherwise unforgiveable situation.
P.S. - Please do not spread this around - The lawyers at Kos would be irate if this leaked before Hillary's campaign reveals the condition next year.
