The triumph of the Left has been the steady erosion of the freedom won by our ancestors in return for an unending stream of empty promises, all reinforced by a remarkable historical and philosophical illiteracy that are the legacy of a century's worth of government education. The Long March of the Left through America's cultural institutions was completed in the 70s; we are now a people alien to our own Founding Fathers.
