The Sunny Side of the Blogosphere

Since WordGirl and I first set up shop right after New Year's, we've had the opportunity to become acquainted with some great bloggers. Regardless of the size of their audience or their influence, we've been treated like welcome members of the community and not like the greenhorn snot-nosed kids we are.

Of all the folks who've given us support, encouragement, and advice, none has been a better friend to MoltenThought than Pat Curley of Brainster's Blog. He offered the solution to our problem that has enabled us to get back into the game here at The Deuce while we work on MoltenThought Mk III, and no sooner do I cruise over to his excellent blog to pull some material for this encomium than I spy this.

Pat, you're a true gentleman and a great inspiration to WordGirl and me.

If you're new to blogging, folks like Pat (and Tracy from Worship Naked, and Michelle Malkin, and Ed Morrissey from Captain's Quarters, and Lance from Red State Rant, and Blogfather Hugh Hewitt....) in addition to devoted readers like Karen are worth their weight in gold. They make all the time, effort, and white-knuckle attempts to get posts where they're supposed to go worthwhile.
