My Favorite Herb

Cilantro -- it's so fresh and perfect with salsa on omelettes. It's good in bloody marys (ooh, that's a good idea... the "buzzed" REB... No, Tef would yell, better not) and in soup, in Indian dishes, burritos, salads, mmmm... Cilantro.
