The clock is ticking now. Evidence must be presented or the story flushed.
Could this be why Dems were in such a hurry for Bush to implement all of the commission recommendations when they were first published?
The 911 Commission is compromised now. The very last thing we need is to allow them to sort out evidence and exculpatory stayrments. This would be a good investigation to have Judge Bork run. People still trust him, and his hands are clean. Gorelick's appointment to the commission had been arranged by Senators. Shame on all of those LAWYERS for that!
Hamilton and Kean cannot be allowed to walk away from this.
